Sophie is a Senior Property Manager with a wealth of knowledge and has been in the Real Estate Industry since she was 18.

In her 4 years of being at Hayeswinckle, she started as a receptionist and assistant property manager and worked her way up into a senior role in our Property Management Department. Sophie is dedicated to Property Management and loves the role. With something new every day, it keeps her busy, which is why she loves the dynamic world of Real Estate and Property Management. She is passionate about what she does, and that’s why she loves meeting people, managing clients' assets, and maintaining a positive attitude towards everything Real Estate. She genuinely cares about her role and puts herself in anyone's shoes to show empathy and attention to detail.

Based within the East Geelong and Highton rent rolls, Sophie holds an important role in our Property Management Department.

Outside of work, Sophie is a keen golfer and cricketer and a homebody, and you can often find her at Anglesea Golf Club or busy in the garden at home or reading a novel.
